St. Francis Solano's Province
Est. in 1979

St.Francis Solano’s Province was formed in 1979 after the VIII General Chapter of the Congregation. Bro.Burkhard Handel was the first Provincial. During the XI General Chapter in 1997, St.Boniface Region(Germany) was amaigamated with St.Francis Solano’s Province. In the 2003 Provincial Chapter reelected Bro.Clemens Leuze Provincial for a term of three years. At present there are 14 Brothers and 6 Communities in the Province. The activities of the Province are spread out to the Ardioceses of Bamberg(Germany), Santa Cruz( Bolivia) and Asuncion(Paraguay) and the dioceses of Coronel Ovideo and Benjamin Aceval (Both in Paraguay).
