XIII General Chapter of the Franciscan Missionary Brothers was held at their Generalate, St. Francis Mount, Mt. Poinsur, Borlvli (W), Mumbai during February 08-23, 2009. The chapter delved on the theme 'Universal Brotherhood -CMSF in the Global Village'. The result of XIII General Chapter is: Very Rev. Jose Valliara - Superior General, Rev. Bro. George Thottiyil - Asst. Superior General, Rev. Bros. Wolfgang Stromer, Abraham Maruthumkuzhiyil, Bruno Malayil, Berthalomeo Kandulna & Savarimuthu Amburose - General Councillors.

The Second Session of the XIII General Chapter will be held from Sep. 10 to 22, 2009 at the Generalate, St. Francis Mount, Mt. Poinsur, Mumbai.
